They divide large glass panels into classic smaller geometric panes, reproducing traditional Georgian and colonial architectural styles while maintaining modern thermal efficiency, soundproofing, and structural strength.
No. Tejjsons manufactures Georgian bars sealed directly inside the insulated double-glazed cavity. Because the grid is completely encapsulated between glass panes, both exterior and interior glass surfaces remain flat, making them effortless to clean with zero risk of bar discoloration or damage.
Internal Georgian bars are factory-sealed inside the double-glazed unit during assembly to ensure hermetic insulation. Therefore, individual grid bars cannot be manually removed. If a design change is required, a replacement double-glazed unit can be supplied to drop directly into the existing aluminium frame.
We supply Georgian bars across all our major aluminium frame families, including casement, tilt and turn, bifold, sliding, and fixed arched windows. Bars can be powder-coated in any custom RAL color to match or contrast with the main frame profiles.
All international orders are packaged in reinforced, steel-strapped wooden crates lined with moisture barriers. Glass panels and framed assemblies are secured on custom A-frame racks with heavy-duty corner guards to guarantee safe delivery via sea container freight to global destination ports.
